Accesses new data logged by a VTERM virtual terminal process and outputs it to a terminal, realtime as the data is logged. The output terminal becomes an "echo" of whatever the VTERM process receives. Provides a "live copy" of a virtual terminal process.  Whatever is written to the VTERM process is echoed onto every terminal running LIVETERM.

The VTERM product provides a process that can be used as a general purpose home terminal, similar to $NULL except the process can be directed to timestamp and log the data received.  LIVETERM reads the data in that log file and echos onto the user's terminal, realtime as the data enters the log and when end of file is reached on the log file, it waits for more data and continues.

Pressing BREAK stops the LIVETERM routine.
